help, my easybilling data
my computer was turned off without shutting the easybilling program down. when i try to reboot the program now, it is telling me to remove the program and reload it.

will this cause me to lose all the documents and information stored in the program up to now?

RE: help, my easybilling data
The database is locked which block you from further access.

You can follow the step below to release the database lock. You can then run EasyBilling as usual.
========================
1. In Windows Explorer, change to "My Documents"

2. Change to EasyBiling\db\ folder

3. Delete the following two files
easydoc.lck, easydoc.log

4. Done.
