RE: HELP! import file
Yes. The date column should be in format YYYY/MM/DD.

You can follow the steps below to change date format in excel
================================

1. Highlight the cells you'd like to change

2. Right click your mouse to show the popup menu

3. Click "Format Cell"

4. In the Number tab, choose "Date" and select the type as YYYY/MM/DD

5. Click OK when done.

6. You can save the file as CSV and view with a text editor for confirmation.

When you click the Import button, a dialog will be shown out.

There is a link of "Sample File" in the dialog, you can click the link and it will load the sample import file in your excel.
