I set the data format in the setting to DD/MM/YYYY the date printed is still in YYYY/MM/DD?
Please advise?

Hi Elsa,

Different bank cheques may have different date format, you can change the date format in the cheque layout.

Please click menu "Management > Cheque Layout List".
You can choose your bank cheque layout and double click to edit it.

In the edit windows, you can change the date format.
(refer to attachment dateFormat.jpg)
Once the layout is updated, the date format in the cheque will be changed accordingly.

The "Date Format" under menu "Settings > Payment Voucher > Date Format" is applied to the Payment Voucher only.

The date format under menu "Settings > Payment Voucher > Date Format" is for the payment voucher only.

The date format of the cheque can be changed in Cheque Layout.
(in menu "Management > Cheque Layout List")

When you change the date format in the "Edit Layout" windows, the date format in the preview screen is updated accordingly.

Please ensure the layout you changed is exactly the same as the one associated to your chequebook.
