I can't make to preview a documents in pdf-format, or what ... What can I do, what is not correct. Pls help me therefor.

Please ensure your default PDF viewer is set.
EasyBilling will call windows default PDF viewer to preview your document.

You may also email us the logging file for checking
The logging files can be found in
EasyBilling_INSTALLED_FOLDER\bin\logging

Normally, it is in
C:\Program Files\EasyBilling\bin\logging.

Have you installed other fonts and use it?

It seems that the font cannot be exported and generate into the PDF file, which make the PDF file cannot be viewable.

You may try to use the built-in font in EasyBilling or install other font instead.

The built-in fonts in EasyBilling are not viewing in Russian, Always, I do install any Arial, but now fonts Arial ver 5, ver 2 are not printing correct: very wide, or very narrow. What font recommend to text russian.

Sorry, we don't familiar with Russian Font and cannot make any recommendation.
Maybe you can try different fonts and see.
