Yes. EasyBilling support multiple companies.

EasyBilling stores documents, reports and settings of your company in a single folder, called workspace. You can create different workspaces for different companies.

To manage your workspace, simply click menu “File > Switch Workspace”.
You can click [+] to create a new workspace.
Highlight the workspace and click [Switch to] to change the workspace.
