1) can i just add image into the email? I want the email will display the image to the customer when he open the email. they don't need to click the attachment to view it.

1) In the email template, you can click the "Add Image" icon (3rd one from the right). In the popup dialog, you can specify your image location (file from your machine or an image from web server)

2) Yes. The emails are sent out one by one. Recipient will not see other's email address.

3) There is no limit on the number of email to be sent per day.
The fastest speed is 1 email per second. It is about 3,000 emails per hour.

There is no big difference.

But, if you add a very large image into the email, recipient may takes times to download the email to their machine. Also, more bandwidth are needed to send out email with large image.
