BATCH PRINT
I have used batch print option 3 times. each time after printing value becomes 0.00 and payee become blank in the cheque book record whereas date remains fine.

The batch printing option only read the cheque and does not write/revise the cheque data.
Maybe, you have perform some invalid operation on the software.

Would you let us know the version you are using?
Version number can be found in menu "Help > About".

You may backup your data and email to us for checking.
The backup can be done via menu "Tools > Backup".
