Our company is using a multifunction equipment (Konica Minolta Bizhub C253) as photocopier and printer as well. how can i feed the cheque into this printer in order to print perfectly?

Multi-function printer should has a mutli-purpose/manual-feed tray.
You can use this tray and place the cheque there for printing.

Actually, cheque printing is similar to what you did when printing envelope.

You may also need to create a custom-paper size that match your cheque in Windows > Printer Settings for printing.
