I am registed user using currently version 2.6.2. When r try to update my software its closes and update does not start. Please infrom what to do.

You may perform manual update, by following the steps below.
1. Backup your data in old version
2. Install new version
3. Restore your data in new version

Have downloaded and installed new version but now new software is not accepting license id it says invalid license.
