Select Multiple Cheques for Batch Operations

In ChequeSystem, you can select multiple cheques at once to quickly perform bulk actions. This saves time when you need to print several cheques, update their statuses, or change their highlight colors all at the same time.

1. Select multiple cheques: Use CTRL or SHIFT keyboard shortcuts.
   Go to your cheque list and use one of these two methods to select your items:
   • For specific, individual cheques: Press and hold the CTRL key on your keyboard, then click each cheque you want to select.
   • For a continuous sequence: Click the first cheque in your list. Then, press and hold the SHIFT key and click the last cheque. This will automatically highlight the entire block of cheques in between.
2. Open the popup menu:
   Once all the desired cheques are highlighted on the screen, right-click anywhere on the selected group to open the actions menu.
3. Choose your batch operation:
   Select your desired action from the popup menu. The action will instantly apply to all the cheques you selected. Common batch operations include:
   • Print
   • Change Status
   • Change Highlight Color
