1. Select the desired chequebook to create cheques.
2. Click on the [Batch Create] button located at the top.



3. The Batch Create window will be shown.
   
4. There are two sections. On the left-hand side, you can input the cheque details, includes Date, Amount, Particulars, Audit Code, and Remarks.
5. On the right-hand size, you can input the payees by selecting the Payee Category, select from Payee List or input the payee name manually.
6. Once you have entered all the necessary information and payees, click the [Add] button at the bottom. The software will generate cheques for each individual payee.
