When previewing a document in EasyBilling, the software will utilize the system’s default PDF viewer. However, you also have the option to specify your preferred PDF viewer program for the preview.

In addition to the four fonts that come with EasyBilling, you can install and use your own fonts to further customize your documents. The software supports all standard font formats, including TrueType Font (TTF) and TrueType Collection (TTC).

Once you have installed a new font on EasyBilling, it will automatically become available within document. You can easily select and apply your new font from the font options in the menu bar of any document window.

The [Quick Export] button, located within document and report windows, provides a fast way to export your file to a pre-defined folder.

Before using Quick Export, you’ll need to configure your settings: specify the destination folder, choose the export file type (PDF, HTML or Excel), and decide whether to overwrite existing files or create a new copy if a file with the same name already exists.

For even greater convenience, you can enable auto-export, which automatically exports the document or report whenever you preview or print it.

EasyBilling comes with several common address labels and envelope templates built-in. If you need a specific size, you can easily create your own custom template for printing customer addresses.

To get started, you will need to specify the following dimensions and settings:

• Paper Size & Margins: Enter the exact size of your paper and set the margins.
• Label Dimensions: Specify the width and height of each individual label.
• Columns & Rows: Indicate the number of columns and rows of labels on your paper. For envelopes, the columns and rows should be set to 1.

Once saved, your custom template will be available for printing customer addresses, ensuring every label and envelope is perfectly aligned.

The Notes List is a convenient way to maintain a list of common notes that you can load directly into any document.

You can add, edit, and delete notes by clicking the icon in the top-right corner. Your notes will be saved exactly as you type them, with all formatting preserved.

For added efficiency, you can set any note as the default for your documents. This ensures your most frequently used notes are always ready to go.

Payment Terms and Shipping Terms can be maintained here. Click icon at the top-right corner to add, edit or delete. When preparing document, you can select the terms from the list.

In EasyBilling, document can be added with a red stamp to indicate the important mark. You may also add a greyscale watermark on the document too.

You can maintain the list in menu “Settings > Stamp / Watermark”.

To maintain the list, click the icon at the top-right corner to add, edit and delete. By default, the list has APPROVED, CONFIDENTIAL, CONFIRM, COPY, DUPLICATE, PAID, REMINDER, RESTRICTED, REVISED, and URGENT.

Below is a sample document output with a stamp “Copy” and a watermark “Draft”.

In EasyBilling, it is allowed to assign a currency to a document. You can manage the Currency List in menu “Settings > Currency List“.

For each currency, you can specify the Unit, Subunit, and Symbol. Additionally, you have the option to designate a default currency.
