You can easily customize the text labels on your documents to match your business needs. As you make changes to the labels on the left side of the screen, the document preview on the right will update in real-time.

You have full control over the text, with options to:

• Add Line Breaks: Use the \n symbol to insert a line break and create multi-line text labels.
• Insert Dynamic Information: Use variables to automatically load document information. Simply enter the variable into the text label, and the software will dynamically replace it with the correct data.

Here are the supported variables:

• [CUSTOMER_NAME]
• [CUSTOMER_ID]
• [DOCUMENT_NUMBER]
• [DOCUMENT_DATE]
• [TOTAL_AMOUNT]
• [TOTAL_AMOUNT_IN_WORDS]
