Payment Received Report provides a clear list of all payments received from your invoices or tax invoices.

Report Settings

You must give the report a name so you can easily retrieve it later. You can generate the report for either your entire customer list or for an individual customer in a specific month.

Keeping Your Report Up-to-Date

The report’s calculations are updated each time you save it. The “Last Generated” timestamp indicates when it was last processed. To refresh the data with your latest invoices and ensure the calculations are current, simply click the [Re-generate] button.
