The Total Tax Payable Report helps you keep track of your tax obligations by showing the tax payable on selected documents that meet specific requirements.

Report Settings & Filtering

You can give the report a name so you can easily retrieve it later. The report runs against a selected folder, compiling data from all selected documents dated between a specified Start Date and End Date. To include all documents without a date limitation, simply leave these fields blank.

You can also use the available search fields to filter your report, ensuring the data meets your specific criteria.

Keeping Your Report Up-to-Date

The report’s calculations are updated each time you save it. The “Last Generated” timestamp indicates when it was last processed. To refresh the data with your latest documents and ensure the calculations are current, simply click the [Re-generate] button.
