Where to specify the default font, tax rate, deposit rate?
Click menu "Customize Document" > "Document Preferences".
The "Preferences" dialog is shown.
Click on the tab to switch between different settings.
You can specify the Default Font, Margin, PDF File Properties, Print Duplicate/Triplicate, Tax Rate/Calculation, Deposit Rate, Insurance Field, Packaging Field, Rounding Adjustment, Amount in Words, and Order/Payment URL field.
