Installation Problem - joe - 12-06-2009

Hi support team,
I tried to installed the program to a PC which joined to a domain:
I logged in as local administrator then installed it. Everything seemed normal and I could access to program.
After that, I logged in as normal user and tried to access the program.
I could see the program banner only, but the program could not start up.
Would you give me some idea.

Please grant the "Normal User" enough priviledge to the following two folder
- Program Files\EasyBilling\
- My Documents\EasyBiling\

Hi Support team,
I am confused with "My Documents\EasyBiling\"
I cannot find it.
I can only locate some user like xxx (the user name), xxx.xxxdomain, ..... then all is the windows default like, All Users, Default User and Administrator.

In your windows, every user should have a "My Documents" folder.
You may start "Windows Explorer" and locate it.

Or, you may install the software by the Normal User instead of Administrator.

Hi,
Finally I could setup the program and access on my user's PC.
May be your development team have to make a option for the user, like me who install the program to a domain logged PC.
Thanks.
