Fail when regular e-mail works fine

I'm thinking of buying the software but with the trial version I get a "FAIL" in one address (in the log file).

When I sent a normal e-mail with outlook, the recipient can receive the e-mail with no problem.

In this case, what can be the meaning of this FAIL?

There are few cases which result email marked as FAIL, when sending email
- internet connection is broken at that moment
- internet connection is blocked by firewall/antivirus software
- domain cannot be resolved or DNS problem

When the above scenario is encounterd, RoboMail will make another attempt to send the email. If the retry is still fail, the address will be marked as FAIL.
