In EasyBilling, it takes any jpeg image as Signature or Chop. You can use any jpeg image there.
You may scan your stamp as a jpeg image and make necessary editing with photo-edit software before using in EasyBilling

Hello Evinco support

I thank you for swift reply. Yes, I have jpeg-format files: it's stamp (chop) and also my signature. Yes, I did box this jpeg-file to signature box. Yes, I pass to print device to see, Oh ! it's very small pictures vs my natural original signature, and also my chop (stamp) too. .... I did edit on graphic edition - photo-shop: size picture, etc, but ... it's once again all without change. I passed to print device, I see, it's very small pictures on a paper works. What can I do, .... pls assist me.

Tks, Mr. Serge from Ukraine.

Hello,

Actually, EasyBilling has a bounded size for the chop/stamp.
Would you email us your sample PDF output and your stamp/chop image to check? You can email to support@evinco.com.hk

I see, the chop & signature box is bounded by the width about 35mm (35 х 35 - in mm) the output document. But, real size is 40 x 40 - in mm, also my signature is size 60 - in mm, also other stamps abt 60 x 20 - in mm, 35 x 20 - in mm. Well ... now I know it output-box abt 35 x 35 - in mm. If you do plan change output-box abt 50-60 x 50-60 - in mm, pls inform me. Also pls close this subject.

I thank you.
Serge
