RE: Report export to excel but not in number format
You can highlight the excel cell and right-click to select "Format Cells".
You can then specify the format as number, date, etc.
If you choose Number, you are allow to specify the decimal points also.

I did that. Even i did copy and paste it as value to another excel. it still comes to me nothing in the Amount column. Would you please verify the Amount column again?

The mentioned issue should be fixed in 3 or 4 releases before.
You can get the number by applying "Format Cells".

Anyway, we've prepared you a patch for this matter.
Please follows the steps below to apply the patch
=============================================
1. If you're running ChequeSystem, please close it.

2. Download the patch (patch01.zip) from following URL
http://www.evinco-software.com/chequesys...atch01.zip

3. In Windows Explorer, change to ChequeSystem installed folder
Normally, it is in C:\Program Files\ChequeSystem

4. Copy the patch (patch01.zip) to there

5. Extract the patch there. You may be prompted for overwrite two files, choose "OK" to proceed.

6. Done. You can start ChequeSystem and export the report again to check for the changes.
=============================================

Or you can perform complete installation by using the latest setup.exe
http://www.evinco-software.com/chequesystem/setup.exe
However, your existing data may be removed. You may use Backup/Restore to keep your data.
