Hello Support

I thank you, all working at all ... but, there is one problem. I can't open paperwork / document with a photo which I been attach in a quotation / invoice proform, very long loading ... and it do not open now. What can I do - I ask you to help me. There is picture with this problem

You may check two things:
1. The jpeg file is in RGB mode with a corrected color map.
As some jpeg file with corrupted color map may be shows correctly when viewing, but cannot embed well in PDF file.

2. Put your jpeg file in a pure-"Ascii" path, e.g C:\work\
Same as above, PDF may not embed jpeg file correctly with a non-ascii path.

Hello Support

All JPEG files was been made on XEROX device, Maybe, they was edited by any MSO tools. There is OLYMPUS device too. .... Always, all's worked well at all. ... Well ... What can I do to correct work - photo attachment with a paperwork and to preview to print, email by PDF, etc It's very important to us, we want to make a catalogue / lists / quotations with any photos of our products

As you've Win7 in russian, I'm afraid you put the file under a path with russian characters. PDF may not able to embed the jpeg file correctly.

It is better to put those jpeg files in simple english path, for example C:\work\


After you put those jpeg files, you may start a new Quotation and add the photo attachment again and see.
