any propability blocked the email
i had checked with [viewlog] is successed but the receiver did not recieve anything

You can check the following to see if the software is configured well
1) Please check the SMTP settings are correct. If the builtin server is used, ensure your ISP allowed to do so (not block port 25).

2) Turn off Firewall/Virus scan on outgoing email. Some firewall/anti-virus software will block the outgoing email.

3) Ask the receiver to check if the email is dropped into the JUNK/SPAM folder.
