<p>When you generate a report, it&#8217;s a good practice to provide a descriptive name for easy identification later. You can specify various criteria to define your report:</p>

<li>Document Type: Select the document type: Sales Invoice, Receipt or Packing List, to be counted in the report.</li>
<li>Folder: Select the specific folder(s) you want to include in the report&#8217;s search.</li>
<li>Date Range: Define the desired timeframe for the data.</li>
<li>Search Term: Filter your report by customers, items, or other criteria using a search term.</li>
<li>Status: Choose the document statuses you want included in the report.</li>
<li>Show: Select which columns to display.<br />
<em>If you select any line item columns, the report will display documents as multiple rows based on the number of line items they contain.</em>
</li>
</ul>
<p>After setting your criteria, simply click the <strong>[Save]</strong> button to save the report. You can then export the report directly to an Excel file.</p>

At a glance, you can view total counts and values for both document types, including period-over-period percentage changes. The interface also features a sortable table detailing items sold and a graphical trend chart for the selected timeframe. To refine your data, use the filter options in the top-right corner to toggle between specific folders and date ranges.</p>

<li><strong>Key Metrics</strong>: View total volume and value for invoices and receipts, with automatic comparisons to the previous period.</li>
<li><strong>Item Sales Table</strong>: Track item quantities and amounts. Click any column header to sort the data.</li>

<li><strong>Custom Filters</strong>: Use the top-right menu to filter by Folder or Date Range to customize your view.</li>

<p>Additionally, you can click the Save icon in the top-right corner to export your dashboard info cards as an image for easy sharing or reporting.</p>
