By default, the Customer Information is set to include the Customer Name. However, you have the option to enable additional fields to display other relevant customer information in the document. These fields include Address, Telephone, Email, VAT Number, and Remarks. Enabling these fields allows you to provide a comprehensive customer’s details within the document.

To successfully import customer information, the Excel file must adhere to a specific format. A sample import file can be easily downloaded by clicking on the provided link within the import dialog box.

To ensure a successful import, please follow the required format for your data file.

• Header Row
  The very first row of the import file must serve as the header. This row contains the fixed column names that the software uses to identify each piece of customer information. The order of these columns is fixed and must not be changed.
• Customer Data
  All customer information should be entered row by row, beginning from the second row of the file.
• Empty Cells
  If a specific piece of information is not applicable for a customer (e.g., a phone number is missing), you may simply leave the corresponding cell blank. The import process will handle these empty cells accordingly.

The Customer List is a central hub for managing all your customer information. It allows you to efficiently organize customer details and quickly add them to documents as needed.

Toolbar Functions

The toolbar at the top provides the following key functions for managing your customer data:

• New: Create a new customer entry.
• Edit: Modify the details of a selected customer.
• Delete: Permanently remove a selected customer.
• Import: Upload customer data from an XLS file.
• Export: Download your entire customer list into an XLS file.
• Category: Define and manage different categories for your customers.

Search and Sorting

To quickly find a customer, use the search box located on the right-hand side. The customer data is displayed in a table format. You can sort the information by any column simply by clicking on the table’s header.
