ChequeSystem offers the option to enable regular backup, ensuring that backups are automatically created whenever you close the software.

To set this up, click the [Browse] button and select a folder on your computer where you want the backup file to be stored. The backup file will be saved in the selected folder in a compressed ZIP format, containing all the documents, settings, and data from your current workspace.

You also have the option to specify the number of backup copies you wish to keep.

You can effortlessly restore backup data in ChequeSystem.

By clicking the “Browse” icon, you can locate and select your backup ZIP file.

Click the [Restore] button, ChequeSystem will begin the restoration process, which restores all documents, reports, data, and software settings from the backup file.
