EasyBilling offers a regular backup feature to ensure your data is always safe. You can set it to automatically create a backup of your workspace every time you close the software.

To set it up, simply click the [Browse] icon and select a folder on your computer where you want to store your backups. The software will then save your documents, settings, and all your data in a single compressed zip file.

For added control, you can also specify the number of backup file copies you wish to keep, helping you manage your storage space.
