Adjusting Font Size for an Existing Document

Follow these steps to customize the font size for a specific document (e.g., an invoice, quotation, or receipt):

1. Open the specific document you wish to modify.
2. In the document window, locate and click the “Font Size” menu at the top.
3. Select your desired size from the list of options, which typically includes: Extra Large, Larger, Large, Medium, Small, Smaller, and Extra Small.
   
4. (Optional) Click the “Preview” button to generate a PDF output preview and see how the new font size looks.
5. Click the [Save] button to apply the changes to the document.

Setting the Default Font Size for New Documents

To ensure all future documents you create automatically use your preferred size, set the default font size:

1. In EasyBilling, go to the menu and select “Customize Document > Preferences“.
2. In the popup window that appears, click the “Font” tab located on the left-hand side.
3. Use the options provided to choose your preferred default document font size.
   
4. Click the [Save] button to save this setting.
   All new documents created after this step will automatically utilize the new default font size.

Enabling the “Amount in Words” Field

1. Go to the menu “Customize Document > Preferences“
2. In the Preferences window, switch to the “Amount in Words” tab.
   
3. Choose the documents for which you want to display the “Amount in Words” field.
4. Click the [Save] button to apply the settings.

Show the Field in Your Invoice

1. Open an invoice and go to “Line Item” tab.
2. You will find the “Amount in Words” field below the line item table.
3. Check the box to enable the field, and the amount will be automatically displayed in words.

In EasyBilling documents, various checkboxes are available to indicate whether specific fields should be shown or hidden in the output document.

You have the option to specify the default values for these checkboxes when creating a new document. This allows you to predefine whether certain fields should be shown or hidden by default in newly created documents.

To set the default values of these option boxes for different document types, simply click on the document name and adjust the checkboxes accordingly. This enables you to customize the default visibility of specific fields based on your preferences for each document type.
