License Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE. This Software is owned by EVINCO or its suppliers and is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty. The term "Software" means the original program and all whole or partial copies of it. EVINCO grants you a nonexclusive license for the Software as specified herein.

This Trial License is intended for evaluation purposes of the Software ONLY. You may not rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, translate, sublicense, time-share or electronically transmit or receive the Software, media or documentation. You acknowledge that the Software in source code form remains a confidential trade secret of EVINCO and/or its suppliers and therefore you agree not to modify the Software or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Warranty and Liability
EVINCO provides to you the software "as is"; and EVINCO hereby disclaims with respect to the software all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to any (if any) warranties or conditions of or related to: non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, lack of virus, accuracy or completeness of response.

In no event shall EVINCO be liable for any direct or indirect damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for: loss of profits, loss of confidential or other information, business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the software, even if EVINCO or third party licensors has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling and destroying the Software and all your copies of it, as well as all other related documents. EVINCO may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with these terms.
