Before starting, please close the RoboMail Mass Mail Software.

Windows 11 & 10

  1. Go to Start > Settings > Apps.
  2. Select Installed Apps (Win 11) or Apps & Features (Win 10).
  3. Find RoboMail Mass Mail Software, click the three dots (or the app name), and select Uninstall.
  4. Confirm by clicking Uninstall again and then Yes.

Windows 8 & 7

  1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program.
  2. Select RoboMail Mass Mail Software and click Uninstall.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.

macOS

  1. Open Finder and go to the Applications folder.
  2. Drag RoboMail Mass Mail Software to the Trash.
