I thank you for swift reply. Yes, I have jpeg-format files: it's stamp (chop) and also my signature. Yes, I did box this jpeg-file to signature box. Yes, I pass to print device to see, Oh ! it's very small pictures vs my natural original signature, and also my chop (stamp) too. .... I did edit on graphic edition - photo-shop: size picture, etc, but ... it's once again all without change. I passed to print device, I see, it's very small pictures on a paper works. What can I do, .... pls assist me.

Yes, I thank you for the support, I send email subject: RQ [request] 90708 - signature box ..... There is app: jpeg, real size abt approx 55-60 x 20-22 - in mm, etc. It's standard sizes on a rubber stamps. Well ....

I see, the chop & signature box is bounded by the width about 35mm (35 х 35 - in mm) the output document. But, real size is 40 x 40 - in mm, also my signature is size 60 - in mm, also other stamps abt 60 x 20 - in mm, 35 x 20 - in mm. Well ... now I know it output-box abt 35 x 35 - in mm. If you do plan change output-box abt 50-60 x 50-60 - in mm, pls inform me. Also pls close this subject.
