The working logic of quote, receipt, invoice or other documents are the same. There is no different between invoice or quote. It is hard to say what is the problem in behind or it is only an installation/configuration issue. You may try to start and save a new invoice and see if it works.

You may email us all the logging files for checking. The logging files can be found in
C:\Program Files\EasyBilling\bin\logging\ folder
