Q: How many levels of catalog I can set?

A: You can set umlimit level of catalog. RoboSales does not have any limitation on it.

Q: How many types of layout for the Catalog?

A: There are 4 layouts provided, they are Page Layout, Table Layout, Grid Layout and Album Layout.

Q: I want to put details features of the products. How can I do that?

A: RoboSales allows unlimited product attributes. You can specify different types of attribute, includes True/False, Date, Integer, Floating-Point Number, Text and Colour.

Q: I have over 1,000 products. Is there any quick ways to do dataloading?

A: You can use the Data Loading function under Tools. You can import the products in a batch mode with the excel file. Data Loading also helps in importing customers information.

Q: Is it possible to grant different access rights to my customers?

A: Yes. RoboSales has 3-levels extensive control on the accessibility. First, for each level of catalog, you can specify which groups of customer can access. Second, you can set the accessibility on the attributes level. Third, you can grant different rights to different roles, which can limit the access of customers.

Q: Our company have some special requests on the report. Will you help to customize the report for us?

A: Sure. We are welcome any customization on report or RoboSales itself.

Q: How many skins are built in the RoboSales? Will you help to do some customization?

A: There are five builtin skins in RoboSales. Our designer can help in doing customization on the look and feel.

Q: Can I make change on the startup animation? Or I need to pay for the change?

A: RoboSales is plugged with a advance splash toolbox. You can change the startup animation as you want. If you need an advance animation, we can provides a tailor-made flash for you.

Q: I want to do some search engine optimization. Can I make change on the meta tags?

A: You can set "Description" and "Keywords" meta tags in "Site Info" under "Site Maintenance".

Q: What are the system requirements to install RoboSales?

A: RoboSales is a web application, which requires TomCat as application server and MySQL as database server.
