Print
When I print on my cheque, the text on the right-most side doesn’t print.
If the text on the right side of your cheque isn’t printing, it may be due to the printer’s safety margin. To fix this, you can adjust the width of your cheque layout.
Here’s how:
- Go to the menu “Management > Cheque Layout List“.
- Double-click on the layout you want to edit.
- In the popup dialog, increase the width of the cheque layout by 20mm.
- Save the layout and try printing again.
The image below shows an example of where text might be cut off. The blue shaded area represents the portion that may not be printed by some printers.
