Item List

The Item List serves as a central storage for all item information. You can efficiently manage item details and easily load item information directly from the Item List when preparing documents.
Toolbar Functions
The toolbar at the top provides the following key functions for managing your item data:
- New – Add a new item.
- Edit – Modify the information of the selected item.
- Delete – Remove the selected item.
- Import – Import items from an XLS file.
- Export – Export the item list to an XLS file.
- Category – Define categories for items.
Search and Sorting
To quickly find an item, use the search box located on the right-hand side. The item data is displayed in a table format. You can sort the information by any column simply by clicking on the table’s header.
Editing an Item
