Mastering the Main Screen
The main screen is your central hub for all document management in Quick Receipt. Designed for efficiency, it gives you a complete overview of all your documents in one place.
- The Icon Bar: Located at the top, the Icon Bar provides quick access to all essential functions. With a single click, you can Create a new Sales Invoice, Receipt, or Packing List. You can also Edit, Print, or Delete any selected document.
- Find What You Need: On the right side of the Icon Bar, the Search function allows you to instantly locate any document by a keyword.
- Manage Your Documents: All your documents are displayed in a clear, tabular format below. To edit a document, simply double-click on its entry. For more options, such as changing a document’s status or highlighting it, right-click on any document to reveal a convenient pop-up menu.
