Quick Export Settings

The [Quick Export] button, located within document and report windows, provides a fast way to export your file to a pre-defined folder.

Before using Quick Export, you’ll need to configure your settings: specify the destination folder, choose the export file type (PDF, HTML or Excel), and decide whether to overwrite existing files or create a new copy if a file with the same name already exists.

For even greater convenience, you can enable auto-export, which automatically exports the document or report whenever you preview or print it.
