Import Item

Importing items from an Excel file is the fastest and most convenient way to add a large number of products or services to EasyBilling all at once.

To successfully import your items, you will need to use our specific Excel template to ensure your data is formatted correctly. You can easily download a sample import file by clicking the link provided in the import dialog box.

Once you have the file, simply follow these rules:

• Column Headers: The first row must contain the exact column headers as shown in the sample file.
• Fixed Order: The columns must remain in the same order as they appear in the template.
• Input Data: Begin entering your item information from the second row downwards.
• Leave Blanks: If a field does not apply to a specific item, you can simply leave the corresponding cell blank.
