Top of Document Is Cut Off When Printing

If your printed invoice or document has the top content cut off, the issue can often be resolved by adjusting the top margin in EasyBilling. This happens when the content is placed too close to the top edge of the page, beyond your printer’s printable area.

Follow these steps to fix the issue:

1. Go to the menu “Customize Document > Preferences“.
2. In the pop-up window, select the Margin tab.
3. Find the Top Margin field and increase the value. We recommend starting with a value of 3-5 mm and running a test print. You can continue to adjust the margin until the entire document prints correctly.
   

By adjusting the top margin, you ensure that your document’s header and top content are positioned within the printable area of your printer.
