Payment report by Customer

This report gives you a detailed overview of payments received from a specific customer. It provides a complete summary of their payment activities, including the number of receipts issued and the total amount received.
Report Settings & Filtering
You can give the report a name for easy retrieval later. It runs against a selected folder, compiling data from all receipts dated between a specified Start Date and End Date. To include all receipts without a date limitation, simply leave these fields blank.
When running the report, you can select the customers you wish to include:
- All Customers
- Customers not on your Customer List
- A specific Customer selected from your Customer List
You can also use the available search fields to filter your report, ensuring the data meets your specific criteria.
Keeping Your Report Up-to-Date
The report’s calculations are updated each time you save it. The “Last Generated” timestamp indicates when the report was last processed. To refresh the data with your latest receipts and ensure the calculations are current, simply click the [Re-generate] button.
