Email Messaging

You can pre-configure a default subject line and message body to streamline your sending document process. The system supports “variable” — such as [CUSTOMER_NAME], [DOCUMENT_NUMBER], and [DOCUMENT_DATE] — which automatically populate with the specific details of the documents you are sending. Once configured, clicking the “Mail” button on any invoice will launch your default email software with a ready-to-send draft containing these details.
