Show or Hide Columns of Document List

The Document List in EasyBilling is a central hub that displays all your important business documents. But what if you want to focus on only the most essential columns of information?

EasyBilling makes it easy to show or hide specific columns in the Document List view. Here’s how:

1. Right-click anywhere within the Document List to open the popup menu.
2. From the menu options, select “List Columns“.
3. In the popup dialog, you’ll see a comprehensive list of all the available column options.
   
4. Check the boxes next to the column names you want to appear in the Document List. To hide a column, just uncheck the corresponding box.
5. Click the [Save] button at the bottom of the dialog.
   Instantly, the Document List view will update to only show the columns you’ve chosen to display.
