Steps to Modify Currency Symbols in Document

EasyBilling provides the functionality to designate a specific currency for each generated document. The symbol associated with the selected currency is automatically displayed in all relevant amount fields and columns within the document. For example, the selection of United States Dollars as the document currency will result in the display of the “$” symbol.

To enhance clarity, you may wish to modify the default currency symbol, for instance, changing “$” to “US$” to provide a more explicit indication of the currency.

1. In the main screen of EasyBilling, go to menu “Settings > Currency List“.
2. In the popup “Currency List”, double-click the currency you want to modify.
3. In the “Edit” window, find the “Symbol” field. Replace the existing symbol (e.g., “$”) with your desired symbol (e.g., “US$”).



4. Click the [Save] button.

You can then open and select the currency again. The updated currency symbol should now be visible when previewing your document.
