Monthly Payment Report

The Monthly Payment Report gives you a visual overview of your payment performance month-by-month. It presents data in a clear graphical format, showing the number of receipts issued and the total amount received for each month of a selected year.

Report Settings & Filtering

You can give your report a name for easy retrieval later. The report runs against a selected folder, compiling data from all receipts for a specified year.

You can also use the available search fields to filter your report, ensuring the data meets your specific criteria.

Keeping Your Report Up-to-Date

The report’s calculations are updated each time you save it. The “Last Generated” timestamp indicates when the report was last processed. To refresh the data with your latest receipts and ensure the calculations are current, simply click the [Re-generate] button.
