Sales Person Report

The Sales Person Report calculates the total invoice amount for a selected salesperson, giving you a clear overview of their sales performance.

Report Settings

You must give the report a name so you can easily retrieve it later. You can retrieve data from invoices prepared by the selected salesperson within a chosen time range. Search fields are also available to filter invoices that meet specific criteria.

Keeping Your Report Up-to-Date

The report’s calculations are updated each time you save it. The “Last Generated” timestamp indicates when it was last processed. To refresh the data with your latest invoices and ensure the calculations are current, simply click the [Re-generate] button.
